The time is now. The place? You pick. And the price, well, that’s easy: free. Registration for the CancerCare Connect Education workshop “Update on Glioblastoma” is open to all interested, so sign up now.
Hundreds of attendees will be freeing up their schedules to join from all over the United States and even the world. Also, the event will include a question-and-answer session with Dr. Bruce and the other panelist, so bring your questions.
As Co-Director of the Brain Tumor Center at Columbia University Medical Center/NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Dr. Bruce has extensive experience treating glioblastomas and many other brain tumors with the most advanced surgical techniques. And he has a nearly 20-year history speaking at CancerCare events. In 2010, CancerCare recognized his dedication by presenting him with the Physician of the Year award.
What’s made Dr. Bruce such a great fit for these events is that he communicates clearly. Listeners can expect medical explanations from Dr. Bruce in terms everyone can understand. This past spring, he spoke at the same “Update on Glioblastoma” workshop. You can listen to the recording by clicking here.
CancerCare, a nonprofit organization, hosts several of these education events each month, always free of charge, and always geared toward patients, their families and loved ones, caregivers and healthcare professionals. CancerCare also offers financial support and counseling.
Register now to reserve an hour for learning on Thursday, June 30. But if your schedule won’t allow you to watch live, a recording will be uploaded to the CancerCare Connect Education website soon after the event wraps up.
