Mikell Wins First Place at Resident Research Night

The New York Society for Neurosurgery held their annual Resident’s Research Night last week and second-year resident Dr. Chuck Mikell won first place for his research on brain tumors.

Dr. Mikell’s presentation that night was entitled, Characterization of Eloquent Networks in Patients with Brain Tumors: FMRI and Optical Approaches.

The meeting was held at the NYU Langone Medical Center and Society Secretary/Treasurer  Dr. E Sander Connolly was also in attendance.
