Dr. Sean Lavine from the Endovascular Center spoke recently at a session on the Management of the Incompletely Treated Aneurysm during the joint AANS and CNS Cerebrovascular Section 2011 Annual Meeting in Los Angeles.
Lavine was one of three speakers during this session. The other two were invited guests: Mika Niemela form Helsinki, Finland; and Christian Raftopoulous from Belgium. They each presented a lecture and then participated in a panel discussion of selected cases.
Lavine’s talk was entitled, Endovascular Options for the Incompletely Treated Aneurysm and he says, “the case studies generated a lively discussion about treatment options for cerebral aneurysms.”
