Dr. Sameer Sheth recently returned from Chicago where he attended a meeting of the Self Assessment in Neurological Surgery (SANS) organization. Dr. Sheth is on the Editorial Board of SANS and he is also their international outreach liaison to India.
“Working with SANS leadership provides an excellent way to help keep our neurosurgical colleagues abreast of developments in our field,” says Dr. Sheth. “We try to identify knowledge gaps in our community and provide online learning platforms to address them.”
SANS is an educational branch of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS).They provide neurosurgical training, exam preparation and continuing medical education courses for neurosurgical residents and practicing surgeons.
