Doctors to Participate in Golf Tourney for Autism

We have been practicing our golf swings (and side line rooting skills)  in preparation for Autism Speaks‘ Twelfth Annual Celebrity Golf Challenge to be held on the 28th of this month.

This charity event is part of Autism Speaks’ mission and dedication, “to funding global biomedical research into the causes, prevention, treatments, and cure for autism; to raising public awareness about autism and its effects on individuals, families, and society; and to bringing hope to all who deal with the hardships of this disorder.”

Members of the department who will be playing in the tournament are: Sean D. Lavine, M.D. from the Cerebrovascular and Endovascular Centers; Michael G. Kaiser, M.D, from the Spine Center; Richard C.E. Anderson, M.D. from the Pediatric Neurosurgery Center; and Administrator (and all-around-lovable guy) John Collins.
