The Neurological Surgery Advanced Clerkship/Sub-internship runs for a period of four weeks, allowing students a hands-on experience of patient care, operating, and more.
The primary goal for a Columbia sub-intern is to obtain an understanding of basic neurosurgical principles through operative experiences.
We hope that you will find your time on service both enjoyable and educational. Please feel free to contact Program Director Dr. Neil A. Feldstein at (212) 305-1396 at any time with questions or concerns.
Plan to work hard and have fun!
