In her current position, Ms. Farro coordinates inpatient and outpatient clinical care for patients with complex neurosurgical conditions. Her goal is to optimize the patients’ ability to transform their fear and disability into a positive psychic and spiritual state which increases their self-efficacy. Ms. Farro works effortlessly to educate patients and their caregivers in understanding their conditions and how to utilize personal and social resources to maneuver through the healthcare system.
