Columbia Neurosurgeons Speaking at 2013 AANS Meeting in New Orleans
The 81st Annual Scientific Meeting of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) is in New Orleans this year and as usual, a large contingency from the Columbia University Medical Center Department of Neurological Surgery is in attendance. Most of our neurosurgeons are presenting, moderating or directing courses as are residents and medical students and others are there to soak up the many lectures and seminars.
Neurosurgeons and neuro-interventionalists from across the United States and around the world come to this annual meeting. The clinical diversity and state-of-the-art research that is presenting during this five day event offers an incredible opportunity for our neurosurgeons to share and learn, all with the ultimate goal of providing even better care to their patients.
Columbia’s neurosurgical centers have sent down their envoys and below is a listing of the neurosurgeons, by center, who have been invited to speak at this year’s meeting:
Keep an eye out for more postings about each of our neurosurgeons at the meeting. You can also take a look at the 81st Annual AANS Scientific Meeting Program Guide to learn more.Posted on Apr 30, 2013 by Department Author
