Chief Residents Leaving the Nest
Our two Chief Residents, Gaetan Moise, MD and Ricardo Komotar, MD are leaving the nest. What they have accomplished is no small feat either; it takes seven grueling years (that’s after medical school) to get to this point.
According to our Residency Program Director, Dr. Jeffrey N. Bruce, “The training of neurosurgery residents is one of our highest priorities and we take pride in each resident’s long term success.”
Dr. Komotar will be starting a fellowship at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and Dr. Moise will be joining us as a full-fledged team member.
Komotar and Moise said, “We had a great time and appreciate all the teaching from our mentors at the Neurological Institute“.
